This sermon of Yeshua is to teach us the characteristics of the kingdom and we are constantly reminded that the ways of God are not the ways of the world.
Isaiah 55v8 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways my ways,”
declares the Lord.
9 “As the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are my ways higher than your ways
and my thoughts than your thoughts.
Lifting up our eyes far from the earth reaching into a supernatural realm with the declaration the kingdom of God is at hand is key to what Yeshua is teaching here
Through everything we do we have a choice either to do what we do for the glory of YHVH or for ourselves
