Hayley and I visited Jerusalem to share Exodus 19,20 and Acts 2.
We share on the blessing of Shavuot and how it links to the gospel of the Kingdom.
Many have been led down a road to a segment of the good news but it is interesting why the gospel that Yeshua taught the “gospel of the Kingdom” is avoided.
The focus of this video blog today is to show how Shavuot “Feast Of Weeks” links to the outpouring of the Holy Spirit.
Is there any challenges mentioned that suggest we need to revisit the meaning if the Gospel Of The Kingdom?
So what is it about Israel that we need to know?
Giving Testimony: GottaLife has been a great blessing to me from YHVH. It is a blessing to me to be able to support what you and your wife are doing, and know that I am contributing to YHVH’s work and therefore to the other people to whom you are ministering through your broadcasts.
Is the Torch the same word given as it passed through the split sacrifices when Abraham slept?
I really enjoyed this teaching, be blessed and have a great Shavuot. Shalom
Thank-you for sharing, Kenny and Hayley, Shavuot knowledge
question: In several translations, i’ve been noticing in Lev 23:15-16 – count 7 sabbaths complete THEN count fifty days. (Jewish Study Bible – KJ – Complete Jewish Bible) What’s up with this? Are we doing shavuot wrong? Is this another truth that must be restored? If we count 7 sabbaths complete then count another 50 days – then its shavuot – (is it the firstfruit of the wheat harvest of the fourth month). So are we counting 7 sabbaths or 50 days or first count 7 sabbaths then 50 days? Its kinda confusing so I was wondering if you could check this out and let me know what you see. Thank you
Great question Shirley,
this is one i struggled with last year and this year was determand to get it right.
I found an article which I posted early this morning here is the link http://www.bulldozerfaith.com/calculating-the-feasts-of-firstfruits-and-shavuot
In conclusion the answer is 7 Sabbeths not 7 weeks
Hope this helps and are able to enjoy the high Sabbeth tomorrow also
Blessings Kenny
