As I rise each morning I wake with a spirit of joy longing to fellowship with the creator of the universe. The morning peace is my place to be set aside to listen, meditate and fellowship with YHVH.
There are so many questions people are asking where do you begin?
The place to begin is a prepared heart before the Father. Many of you know the strong emphasis I place on hearing the voice of God through the Holy Spirit and because of my stand I get emails each day from yet another person crying out to identify the voice of God. What does it sound like, how do you know what voice you are listening too etc…
Seeing the hunger people have to know God is evidence the Spirit is moving and I am blessed my life walk brings people to seeking answers.
Establishing the divine connection with the creator is vital to living your destiny. We are not called to know about God and master the local church programs surrounding us with Christian activity but we are called to intimate fellowship with God.
David sat on the hills and in the pastures and listened and meditated on the Torah and YHVH and this is what it takes.
Right now I am sitting 8ft from the water on the shore of the Galilee. This place speaks volumes to me of the life of Yeshua as I look over the water and see so many stories and events that have changed the history of the world but more importantly have changed my life. Being here inspires my faith as each place I go to opens up a fresh look at the reality of the Words of God.
The city on the hill shouts out to let my light shine – I am a new creation. Could I be sitting near the spot where Yeshua cooked the fish in John 21 after shouting out to the fishermen to cast there nets on the other side “153 large fish” in the net in seconds, the very message that transformed my life in 2008 and here I am sitting on the shore knowing what it means to listen and obey God.
I see Yeshua’s disciples listening in their thousands to every word coming out of his mouth and I can’t help but read out loud his very words filling the surrounding space with the testimony that the word is alive today 2000 years later.
I am charged with the life of the spirit today and the compassion of the Father as I reflect on how my life can make a difference for his kingdom today knowing that every day is a gift.
Taking a hold of Gods mercy increases my desire to get up in the morning and in my weakness proclaim His name through the work he has given me.
Integrity of the message of truth is what I cry out for especially when we are surrounded by shameful deceptive methods distorting Gods message.
Are we reliant on the Holy Spirit for our daily bread?
There are so many voices that the airwaves of life are so confusing this is why our need to be still and know God is vital and as I prayerfully write this morning out of the overflow of my heart. I encourage you to find that place and make the space to listen and meditate on the scripture and in prayer the 2 way communication between you and the Spirit of truth.
The proclamation of my heart is rising up from the life of the spirit as we do not proclaim ourselves but the Messiah Yeshua as Lord, I lay my life down that He may be known.
By faith this morning I see through the eyes of the Spirit someone today who is caught in darkness crying out to live in the light. if that is you today take courage as right now darkness has to flee. I pray the hope of Yeshua will rise and the light of the knowledge of YHVH’s glory shining in the face of the Messiah Yeshua will transform your life. Listen is he speaking to you right now?
If so what do you hear him saying to you?
Your Father knows how to pierce this present darkness and hopelessness will be removed as you lift up your eyes and see his glory.
It is a supernatural miracle to know the voice of the Spirit a voice the world cannot hear nor will it accept but we take confidence in who he is as we walk with Him and talk with Him.
Thank you for listening to the cry of my heart this morning as this is the day to know the voice of the Holy Spirit and to live in the light of the knowledge of God
2 Cor 4
God has shown us such mercy that we do not lose courage as we do the work he has given us. 2 Indeed, we refuse to make use of shameful underhanded methods, employing deception or distorting God’s message. On the contrary, by making very clear what the truth is, we commend ourselves to everyone’s conscience in the sight of God. 3 So if indeed our Good News is veiled, it is veiled only to those in the process of being lost. 4 They do not come to trust because the god of the ‘olam hazeh has blinded their minds, in order to prevent them from seeing the light shining from the Good News about the glory of the Messiah, who is the image of God. 5 For what we are proclaiming is not ourselves, but the Messiah Yeshua as Lord, with ourselves as slaves for you because of Yeshua. 6 For it is the God who once said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” who has made his light shine in our hearts, the light of the knowledge of God’s glory shining in the face of the Messiah Yeshua.
